GENERAL TERMS

All our cars equipped with air conditionning and cell phones The seats are stuffed with leather or velvet.

All our drivers are multilingual and can be reached on their own cell phones.

Time and mileage are calculated from the picking up to the dropng of the passengers.

List prices ( VAT 5,5% or 20,60 % included ) comprehend the driver, the fuel, the tolls or the foreseeable parkings.

Any delay superior to 30 minutes after the meeting time will be invoiced.

For any one-hour disposal in Paris, the lunch for the driver is due between 11 am and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 10 pm.

All booking have to be made minimum two hours before the picking up.

All prices include inlimited insurance of the transported persons.

We are not liable for the goods of value left in the car.

Any customer complaint shall be formulated within 8 opening days maximum.

Payment: Payement is due at the time specified in the final quotation in cash, credit card (Visa, American Express) or french check. All amounts are payable by the costumer in full cash net without any deductions set off or conterclaim whatsoever.All payments are to be made in French Francs or Euro and, if by check, the check to be drawn on a French clearing account.

Applicable law: The agreement small in all respects be governed and construed in accordance with French law. The parties submit to the non-exclusive juridiction of the French courts, Where Globe Drivers Head Quarters are located.
